The story
Over the summer, I intentionallybrought these beautiful cool gray tones into my collection. Not only because are these colors are beautiful and tranquil, but in Florida we need anything cool! Many of my clients use these tones as neutrals and then add pops of color with furniture and art. I wanted these pieces to have a calm and peaceful feeling, more quiet than my usual spirited beachscapes. Summer always allows me time to spend working on my garden, so it’s no wonder so many new pieces have been inspired by my backyard. I enjoyed experimenting with various paint pens and loosely drew some softer lines as background layers. I love doing this! These two can go together as a set, or stand alone as a single piece, In their original composition they are square, but I offer a version of them that are horizontal as well.
