Every painting, collage, print and photograph on this site is Jennifer Peck's original work and is protected by copyright. Buying a piece gives you the artwork itself, not the copyright: you may not reproduce its image, make or sell copies of it, or use it commercially.

Please don't download, copy, alter or repost the images here, and don't use them to train or prompt AI tools. If you'd like to feature the work in press, a design project or on social media, just ask. She's glad to say yes to the right things.

Collectors are welcome to share a photo of their own piece hanging at home, with credit to Jennifer Peck.

What's for sale

• Signed giclée prints. Limited editions, each signed and numbered by Jennifer. Framed prints come ready to hang; canvas prints wrap around their stretcher bars. When an edition sells out, it isn't reprinted.
• Originals. One of a kind. Once an original is collected, it's gone. Originals are arranged with Jennifer directly, from the piece's page.
• Hand-embellished prints and custom sizes. Arranged with Jennifer directly. Ask what's available.

Prices and paying

• Prices are in US dollars. They may change over time; the price in your cart when you check out is the price you pay.
• You pay on Square's secure checkout page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details go to Square, never to this site.
• Shipping and any Florida sales tax are shown before you pay. See Shipping & returns.
• Your order is confirmed once Square takes the payment, and Square emails you a receipt.
• If a piece was listed at an obviously wrong price, or its edition sold out before your order came through, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

All sales are final

There are no returns or exchanges for a change of mind. A piece that arrives damaged or is lost in transit is replaced or refunded, as set out in Shipping & returns.

Color and texture

Every piece is photographed to show its color and texture as faithfully as possible, but screens vary, and hand-made work has small differences from piece to piece. Those differences aren't defects.

Using this site

• Use the site to browse, ask and buy. Please don't copy its images in bulk, scrape it, or try to interfere with how it runs.
• Links to other sites, such as Square's checkout or Jennifer's social media, open services with their own terms.
• What we do with the information you share is on the Privacy policy page.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's offered as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio's total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts for Sarasota County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, this page changes too, with a new "Last updated" date at the top. The version shown here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
