The story
This piece was part of the Changes in Latitude series where I illustrate the changing life as we move up from under the ocean. It illustrates coastal life as it changes from down under the sea, up though the schools of fish, through the shoreline, along the beach houses, and up to the sunset sky. “Too cool for school” is a silly phrase children sometimes use, and I thought it was fun to use to this expression as it refers to fish instead of kids. Fish aren't TOO cool for school, they are just Cool for School!
